Yet these businesses struggle to grow further because of a lack of access to technology, basic business skills and proper assistance by experienced and qualified small business consultants.

My Mission is to help Entrepreneurs and Agripreneurs  to set up and start and run their own successful businesses or farming operations so that they can contribute to the economy and create some jobs for the unemployed.

I left my banking career during 1999 after 28 years of service (restructuring process) and started my own small business consulting business - Libra Small Business Consultants and help Entrepreneurs and Agripreneurs with a variety of activities.

Consultants versus Contractors

At some point in the life off your business, you will have to hire a "consultant". Start with the understanding the difference between a consultant and a contractor. A contractor is hired to get something done that you do not have time for or not enough work for a full - time employee. A consultant is someone you hire to share his or her knowledge and expertise with you. In a sense consultants teach you what they have taken years to learn.
